Designed with our students in mind, the Wellbeing Pack is full of tips and tricks for students (and their families!) to use to support their wellbeing during this time.There are 4 sections in the Wellbeing Pack; engaging with remote learning, activity of the week, challenge of the week, and tips and resources for practicing mindfulness. The Wellbeing Pack will have a new activity and a new challenge each week for students and their families to focus on. We encourage students to try at least one new tip each day, and see what ones work best for them and their wellbeing. There is also a sample reflection sheet in the pack that students can use as often as they like!
